Job summary

Floryn House Care Home in Yarnton, Oxfordshire, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Team Leader to drive day-to-day care delivery and ensure safe, person-centred support for residents. You will work with nursing and management to maintain standards, oversee care planning, medication administration and documentation.

The role requires leading shifts, staff supervision and active involvement in audits and improvements, with alternate weekends included.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Medication administration training with competency.
• Experience leading or supporting a care team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise care staff to deliver safe, high-quality support.
• Coordinate care delivery including care planning, medication administration and documentation.
• Promote a culture of dignity, respect and accountability within the team.
• Contribute to audits, reviews and continuous improvement.
