In a fast-paced setting, you'll empower individuals to deliver high-quality outcomes with confidence and consistency.

You will also oversee the progression of legal matters, managing your own caseload and ensuring compliance with client protocols. While maintaining accurate records and supporting digital processes, your focus will be on enabling operational efficiency and contributing to the development of systems that enhance service delivery.

This is perfect for a confident and detail-oriented professional with litigation experience and a passion for leadership, looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic legal services team.

The skills you will have when you apply:

  • Team Leadership & Direction: Proven ability to lead and support teams in legal or insurance environments.
  • Litigation Expertise: Demostrable experience handling Fast Track litigation cases, either for Claimants or Defendants.
  • Communication & Influence: Confident and clear communicator who sets a strong example for others.
  • Performance Management: Skilled in setting goals and managing performance at both team and individual levels.
  • Strategic Oversight: Capable of aligning team objectives with wider business aims and identifying improvements.
