Your responsibilities will include providing leadership and support to team members, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

• Cash Handling (including reconciliation)
• Food Handling and Stock Control
• Use of Technology (IT systems, till operations, telephones)
• Cleaning
• Increasing Sales
• Maintaining Standards
• Dealing Face-to-Face with Large Groups
• Addressing and Resolving Complaints
• Induction and Training of Team Members
• Coaching Team Members
• Monitoring Compliance and Standards
