Pertemps Solihull is seeking a Team Leader in Birmingham for a full-time contract. The role oversees up to six staff per shift on rotating AM/PM patterns, ensuring health and safety compliance, PPE checks, and MHE checks at each shift start.

You will run start-of-shift meetings, deliver Toolbox Talks, and manage shortage calls within set timescales. The position requires strong coordination, flexibility, and a focus on safety, with a pay rate of £14.47 per hour plus a 10% PM shift allowance.

Formación

• Experience supervising a small team on rotating shifts.
• Ability to enforce health and safety compliance.
• Experience in PPE checks and MHE checks.
• Capable of leading toolbox talks and start-of-shift meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate a team of up to six staff per shift across AM/PM patterns.
• Ensure all staff wear correct PPE before work begins and complete MHE checks at shift start.
• Conduct start-of-shift meetings and deliver Toolbox Talks.
• Respond to shortage calls within customer timescales and log actions.
• Maintain lineside standards and accurate paperwork across warehouse activities.
