The Team Leader will lead a team of circa 35 people, locally within our Bristol Roads team, and additionally part of our attached Roads iCRC team. The Team Leader will work alongside our two other offices in the southwest region and is responsible for the development and operational performance of the team, as part of the wider cost centre to meet regional budget targets and deliver projects. We support both public sector and private sector clients and this role will support major commissions, including National Highways Scheme Delivery Framework schemes and other Local Authority Frameworks, such as Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP), Wokingham and the West of England Combined Authority.
