The Team Leader at Chy works alongside the Service Manager and will offer line management to the project's residential support workers.

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of residential support workers and working alongside the Service Manager. Chy provides a 12-week residential programme offering a range of trauma-informed approaches. The main house can accommodate up to 18 residents, with the option of an additional 12 weeks for those who require additional therapeutic interventions and support. As part of this role, you will be required to work some evenings and weekends - further details will be provided at the interview.
