CareTech is recruiting a Team Leader for our Bromsgrove service to lead high-quality, person-centred support for young people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will work on a rota to cover 37.5 hours per week, delivering individualised plans, building relationships and supporting with daily living skills.

Experience in a Senior or Team Leader role within care and a calm, compassionate approach are essential.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years Experience in a Supported Living or Residential Care Environment
• At least a year in a Senior or Team leader position within care
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
• Drivers desirable but not essential
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred practice
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support in line with individual plans
• Build trusting and professional relationships
• Support individuals during periods of emotional distress
• Follow Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care (where required)
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Support with appointments, activities, and community access
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively within a team
