Position: Production Team Leader - Sidcup (Permanent)

Salary & Benefits: Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits + Shift Plan/Working Hours + Car Parking

About Sidcup Operations: Sidcup produces around 50% of the GB SKU portfolio, including small cans, with a capacity of 480,000 cans/hour, 96,000 PET bottles/hour, and 48,000 glass bottles/hour. The site employs approximately 300 staff across Manufacturing, QESH, and Engineering, offering excellent career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to ensure successful operation of production lines, achieving output, quality, yield, and safety targets.
  • Collaborate with QESH to maintain high standards of quality, environment, health, and safety.
  • Manage yield and ensure delivery of budget targets.
  • Drive operational excellence through data-driven decisions and effective routines.
  • Oversee maintenance strategies and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure high standards of GMP.
  • Develop and engage team members, fostering a culture of safety.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and learn.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not essential.
