Your Role as a Team Leader:

As a Team Leader, you will:
  • Lead & mentor a team of Support Workers, providing training & guidance.
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive environment for children with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities.
  • Collaborate with families & professionals to implement care plans & behaviour strategies.
  • Support the opening & development of the new home, ensuring high-quality care.
  • Oversee daily operations, safeguarding & compliance to maintain excellence.
  • Be a role model, inspiring a positive & compassionate team culture.
What You'll Need:
  • Leadership experience in health & social care (Team Leader, Deputy, or Senior Support Worker).
  • Experience supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health challenges.
  • Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to train).
  • Strong leadership & motivational skills to drive team success.
  • Compassion, patience & commitment to delivering outstanding care.
