Job summary

Alternative Futures Group in the United Kingdom seeks a role supporting the Team Leader to supervise and advise staff, ensuring a high quality, person-centred service is delivered. You will guide best practice, compliance with policy and regulations, and promote the use of AFG systems.

The role offers supervision responsibilities, development opportunities, and involvement in quality delivery, learning and safeguarding duties within a values-based healthcare/mental health environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of person centred planning and review.
• Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
• Experience of undertaking staff supervisions / support.
• Experience of using IT systems in the management of service and people.

Responsibilities

• Support development, update and review of care plans.
• Engage in assessment, planning, monitoring and reviewing of support.
• Mentor staff in person-centred approaches and policy adherence.
• Assist in planning and administration of staff rotas.
• Report safeguarding concerns and support service improvements.
