Salary: £28,000-£32,000

Location: Colton, Leeds

Full Time: 35 Hours Per Week

We are looking for a Performance Coach to join our innovative Operations Team across Scarborough and Leeds.

As a Performance Coach you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a team of up 10-15 Customer Services Advisors
  • Responsible for mentoring and developing individuals and teams. You will be the first point of call for any work related or personal issues.
  • In addition to people management, you will be a key stakeholder and driver in understanding and improving client performance.
