As a Team Leader - Pensions Projects at WTW, you will work on one-off billable client projects across large clients with multiple schemes, including DB, DC, and Hybrid entitlements. You will collaborate with another Team Leader responsible for repeatable project deliveries and a technical lead. The Role

  • Plan and manage all client-based billable projects, reporting progress to clients and WTW Operations Management.
  • Monitor projects of various sizes, ensuring reports are delivered on time.
  • Support the repeatable project delivery team to enable new deliverables.
  • Build and maintain technical, procedural, and client knowledge through experience.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related queries.
  • Lead more complex or project work as required.
  • Collaborate with the Administration Manager and BAU team to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and develop standard procedures.
  • Keep team members informed of current events, procedural updates, and benefit changes.
  • Contribute to change control processes, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and successful testing and implementation.
  • Identify offshore opportunities, manage transitions, and oversee quality control.
  • Identify potential billable project opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Support process efficiency improvements that are not client chargeable.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients and relevant teams.
  • Implement actions from Post Project Reviews, collaborating with the Operations team to assess impacts on other clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of client work while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor work allocation to meet service levels and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Drive best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Maintain professionalism in all internal and external contacts to promote our brand.
  • Participate actively in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Foster a positive working environment within your team and the broader business.
