The Opportunity

We are looking for a full-time team leader to join our Piazza Covent Garden store for Penhaligon's.

The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the management team with the ability to assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in his/her absence. The role includes responsibilities related to team members, merchandise, and customer service. The Team Leader also aims to achieve sales objectives, maintain high operational and merchandising standards, and build highly motivated teams.

What you'll get to do

  • Analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and set strategies.
  • Motivate sales team members to meet sales and productivity goals.
  • Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Assist in managing the client database and use information to increase sales and client contact.
  • Resolve client problems and complaints efficiently.
  • Support and assist in team member training.
  • Understand and implement cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on staffing, risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory management.
  • Assist in merchandising directives and ensure effective execution of strategies.
