We are looking for a Team Leader to join the team at Urmston House. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents, delivering high standards of care that we would want for our own families. We utilize the latest care technology to maximize your time spent with residents.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults in residential care, be flexible, patient, organized, and excellent with communication—both verbal and written. You should be working towards or have completed your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, keeping residents’ needs and progress updates, and maintaining care plans. You will follow guidelines and policies diligently and possess good written skills for documentation.

Salary: £13.57 per hour
Working Hours: Part-time, night shifts, 24-hour contract.
