Residential Team Leader - £13.58 per hour

We are seeking a Residential Team Leader to join Sycamore Lodge, a highly regarded care provider. Your role will involve delivering high standards of care, using the latest care technology, and building strong relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your team. You will need experience working with older adults in residential care, be flexible, patient, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You should also be working towards or have completed your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Your responsibilities include ensuring residents' needs are met, keeping families and healthcare professionals informed, and maintaining detailed care plans.
