We are looking for a Residential Team Leader to join our team at Llwyn Teg. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, treating our service users as we would our own family members. You will use the latest care technology to spend more quality time with residents. Llwyn Teg has an excellent reputation as a valued care provider, with residents' needs at the core of all we do.
As a Team Leader, you should have previous experience working with older adults in residential care. You need to be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with working towards or having completed your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your line manager. You'll follow guidelines and policies diligently and maintain accurate care plans through good writing skills.

Salary: £14.27 per hour
Working Hours: 42-hour night contract
Shift Times: 19:30 - 07:30
