Type: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
Salary: £12.44 per hour
Shift hours: 08:00 - 19:00, with alternate weekend working

Role Overview
We are seeking a kind, caring, and motivated Head of Hospitality to lead our hospitality team. You will organize and supervise Hospitality Assistants and Care Assistants to ensure a smooth dining experience for residents. Responsibilities include overseeing dining room setup, cleanliness, meal service, and team management, including rotas, training, and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of hospitality service are maintained.
- Support and assist visitors.
- Communicate any specific dietary requirements to the Chef.
- Follow cleaning schedules and HACCP procedures.
- Ensure all training is adhered to and records are properly maintained.
- Manage, allocate duties, and supervise the hospitality team to deliver quality care.
- Coach and develop staff through ongoing training.
- Promote safeguarding and welfare of adults under your responsibility.
Skills and Experience
- Experience as a Dining or Restaurant Supervisor is essential.
- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable.
- Effective communication skills are essential.
- Participation in home-organized activities is required.
