Overview

Are you ready to lead a team in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment? Can you balance operational excellence with people-first leadership? Do you want to grow your career while making a real impact every shift?

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Sainsbury’s contract in Basingstoke. You’ll be at the centre of our warehouse operations, supporting the Shift Manager and leading your team to deliver exceptional service. You’ll ensure compliance, drive performance, and foster a positive working environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working on a ‘4 on 4 off’ basis, covering the hours of 18:00 till 06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £39,517.24 per annum and 22 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
