Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support our Neston Services, providing intensive, one-to-one care in a residential setting to enhance life skills.

The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager in leading the staff team, delivering a person-centric service, and implementing innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. The role involves first-line leadership to our care heroes, fostering lifelong careers with the charity.

We seek a creative, proactive individual with excellent communication and compassionate skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will ensure care remains at the heart of our service delivery, maintaining our strong values and regulatory compliance.

What you will be doing…
  1. Ensuring the highest standard of care for the people.
  2. Leading support workers to uphold high standards of care within Residential Services.
  3. Providing an effective, responsive, caring, and safe service.
  4. Promoting an autism-specific culture and identifying additional support needs.
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting systems.

Hours of work

Typically, a 3-week rolling rota within 7.30 am to 10 pm. Management cover is required across weekends as part of contracted hours.
