A leading company in social care is looking for a Team Leader for their Inverness Service. The role includes coaching front-line staff, management of care plans, and ensuring compliance with care standards. Candidates should have experience in supporting individuals within care and be ready to work towards SVQ Level 3. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Team Leader (previously Senior Support Worker) on a full time basis for our Inverness Service.
Requirements :
Applicants will need at least 2 years previous experience of supporting individuals within care and already have or be willing to work towards your SVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care to be considered for the Senior Support Worker role. You must hold a Driving License
