Requirements: Applicants need at least 2 years of experience supporting individuals within care, and must hold or be willing to work towards SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. A valid Driving License is also required.

About the Role:

Our Team Leaders are classified as Front Line Management staff, with responsibilities in three key areas:

  1. Staff Management: Coaching and mentoring staff, providing supervision, identifying training needs, producing monthly rotas considering budget and staff availability, developing support plans, and covering on-call shifts as needed.
  2. Supported Individuals: Planning and facilitating meetings to gather information for support plans, matching individuals to staff based on needs and goals.
  3. Organisational: Liaising with external agencies, ensuring compliance with SSSC, Care Inspectorate standards, and our own standards, and representing our values externally.

We offer excellent rewards and benefits, including generous annual leave, discounts, paid travel and fuel allowance, ongoing training, referral bonuses, employee forums, free credit union membership, health care plans, and support services.

All successful applicants will receive a conditional offer, pending references and PVG checks. Having a conviction does not necessarily disqualify you from working in this sector.

Closing Date: 8th September 2025 (may close early if filled)
