Job description

Location: Bolton (Office-based with flexible working options)
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (35 hours per week)
Salary: £31,500–£36,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Perks

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and motivating a team handling non-fault motor recovery claims
Managing escalated queries, complaints, and complex cases
Supporting staff development through coaching and mentoring
Monitoring performance, KPIs, and team productivity
Driving recovery targets in line with FCA and GDPR compliance
Collaborating with stakeholders across the business
Playing a role in recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR support


What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in technical motor claims recovery
Prior role in team leadership or supervision
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Sound knowledge of FCA/FOS compliance
Confident with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel & Outlook)
CII Certificate in Insurance (essential); Dip CII a bonus
