Look Ahead Care, Support and Housing Ltd is seeking a kind, compassionate Team Leader for our Mental Health Social Care Service in Waltham Forest. The role offers £32,166 per annum for a 40-hour week, with opportunities to lead a dedicated team and influence care across multiple sites.

You will supervise staff, assess needs and risks, and collaborate with therapists to implement care plans. We value resilience, empathy and strong teamwork to transform lives daily.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults with enduring mental health demands.
• Experience in housing sector or related social care settings.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate strengths in Look Ahead Management Competency Model indicators.
• Undertake staff line management including supervisions and case work management.
• Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and risks; agree levels of support and actions.
• Work with therapists to develop and implement Complex Case Discussion plans.
