Job summary

Spectrum Community Health in Manchester is seeking a post holder to take responsibility for the daily management, coordination and delivery of evidence-based care. You will provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, participate in shift planning, adjust staffing levels, and prioritise workload to meet patient needs.

You will supervise holistic care delivered by the team, work with other professionals to ensure high-quality care, assess needs, offer advice, and lead physical health

Responsibilities

• Daily management, coordination and delivery of evidence-based care.
• Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team.
• Involve in shift planning and adjust staffing levels.
• Prioritise workload in line with patient need and staff skills.
• Supervise holistic care delivered by the team.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure quality care.
• Assess, advise and administer evidence-based care to patients within Health & Justice.
• Lead physical health services as part of a multi-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate health interventions.

Job description

The post holder will take responsibility for the daily management, co-ordination and delivery of evidence-based care and provide strong clinical leadership to the nursingteam. This includes being involved with shift planning, taking appropriate action to adjust staffing levels and to prioritise the workload in accordance with patient need, service demand and the availability and skills of staff., The post holder will be involved with providing and supervising the holistic care for the patients delivered by the team and working in collaboration with other professionals to ensure that the best care is optimised at all times. The role involves assessing, providing advice, and administering evidence-based care as appropriate to patientswithin Health & Justice.
