Your responsibilities:

  • Empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
  • Provide leadership and day-to-day supervision to support workers
  • Assist the locality manager with supervision, coaching, and mentoring
  • Provide direct care and model best practices
  • Coordinate daily support and activities to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Manage resources, finances, and ensure compliance with legal and care standards
