The Role:

Campaign Manager – B2C

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Lead Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of campaign strategy and execution across our 9 personal lines products. You will also develop and coordinate integrated brand and acquisition campaigns that align with overall marketing and strategic budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate integrated brand and acquisition campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies and budgets.
  • Lead the personal lines brands to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, TV, and radio.
  • Work with Business Development colleagues to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with business development activity.
  • Development and implementation of measures and analysis to understand and improve campaign performance and reporting ROI.
  • Work with our Insights and Analytics team to analyze performance data and identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our in-house design studio to create high-quality campaign assets.
  • Utilize customer data profiling and segmentation to enhance campaign performance.
  • Partner with marketing affiliates and partners to increase lead volumes and brand awareness.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of Campaign Management experience across personal line products, preferably with multiple brands and distribution strategies.
  • Extensive experience in marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement campaign marketing infrastructure.
  • Track record of delivering customer leads within budget through complex sales funnels.
  • Strong understanding of core marketing principles.
  • Hands-on experience with offline and digital marketing capabilities, measurement, optimization, trends, and technologies.
  • Knowledge of working in a regulated market is preferred but not required (priority on brand and content experience).
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders.
