This is a Senior Associate-level role.
In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of a team within our ARAG Legal Advice service, providing a professional service to both our commercial and personal customers.
You will lead and motivate your team of Legal Advisors (up to 10 direct reports), ensuring high levels of customer service via telephone and digital channels, and guiding them to deliver a competitive and productive Legal Advice service focused on excellent customer outcomes.

This is a hybrid role, ideally requiring 3 days per week in the office. You can work full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days or equivalent hours), with some time spent at our offices in Bristol City Centre and Bedwas, South Wales.
We seek candidates with a strong background in Employment Law and/or Landlord & Tenant Law (essential), and some people management experience. Ideally, you will be a fully qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with knowledge of improving customer experience, capable of driving change. You should be customer-focused, highly organised, and possess excellent communication skills. The ability to proactively identify complex issues and offer solutions, while following correct processes, is essential. You must also be able to present legal advice clearly, empathetically, and accurately.
Due to the nature of our Legal Advice roles, high levels of empathy and rapport-building skills with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers are crucial.
