In addition to providing leadership and support to team members, you'll ensure a high standard of service while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
2. Food Handling and Stock Control
3. Use of Technology (e.g., IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
4. Cleaning and Increasing Sales
5. Maintaining Standards
6. Dealing Face-to-Face with Large Groups of People
7. Addressing and Resolving Complaints
8. Induction and Training of Team Members
9. Coaching Team Members
10. Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
