Team Leader - Late/Night Shift (on site)
The Team Leader, Operations, is responsible for supervising a team of call center associates, ensuring performance metrics are met through coaching, motivation, and accountability. This role is based on-site at the Maysfield contact centre, covering hours from 6pm to 7am on a rotational basis, 7 days a week.
Location: Belfast - Maysfield, UK
Employment Type: Full-time, Night shift, rotational over 7 days
Language Requirements: English proficiency
