Job Description:

The Team Leader, Operations, is responsible for supervising a team of call center associates, ensuring performance metrics are met through coaching, motivation, and accountability. This role is based on-site at the Maysfield contact centre, covering hours from 6pm to 7am on a rotational basis, 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop team members' careers.
  • Lead a high-performing team through transitions, enhancing problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical skills.
  • Manage a market team and liaise with global and cross-functional teams.
  • Set team goals, develop strategies, and measure progress.
  • Participate in projects involving analysis, research, and strategy development with global teams.
  • Identify insights, make recommendations, and communicate effectively to influence strategy.
  • Partner with global teams to develop solutions that benefit users.
  • Uphold company values and foster a positive culture.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and previous team leadership roles.
  • Strong people management skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for user experience.
  • Experience with social media platforms.
  • Willingness to work flexible night shifts on a rotational basis.
