Job Title:

Team Leader - Late/Night Shift (on site)

Job Description

The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing coaching, motivation, and accountability.

This role will be based on-site at the Maysfield contact centre and will cover hours between 6pm and 7am, rotational over 7 days per week.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members.
  • Lead a high-performing team through transitions, developing problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Manage a market team and serve as a cross-functional and global liaison.
  • Establish team goals, develop strategies, and measure progress.
  • Deliver projects involving analysis, research, and strategy development with global teams.
  • Identify insights, recommend actions, and influence team strategies.
  • Partner with global teams to develop global solutions.
  • Uphold a culture centered around core values.
