The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing coaching, motivation, and accountability.
This role will be based on-site at the Maysfield contact centre and will cover hours between 6pm and 7am, rotational over 7 days per week.
Supervises support or production teams, handles escalated issues, and guides team to meet metrics through coaching and feedback. Usually spends less than 20% of time on direct work.
