Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader.
  • Experience supporting children in Ofsted-regulated residential settings.

Job description

Job Title: Children’s Residential Team Leader

Salary: £30,680 per annum (plus bonus of £70.40 per sleep-in)

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
