Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team based in Worcester at Meadow Court.

About the role

As a Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for residents and staff onsite as well as visiting health professionals. This can include:

- Leading the care shift and dealing with any emergencies that arise on shift

- Creating/updating Care Plans, Risk Assessments and other key documentation

- Auditing documentation such as MAR Charts, Daily Diary Records etc

- Completing staff rotas to ensure each shift is adequately staffed

- Completing quality monitoring checks such as spot checks, carers assessments & reviews

- Liaising with other Health Professions such as Doctors, District Nurses etc.

About Meadow Court

57 one and two bedroom apartments make up this retirement village, located in a residential neighbourhood close to Worcester city centre.

The apartments offer rented and shared ownership accommodation for the over 55s, with each having its own private front door, modern integrated kitchen appliances, bathroom suite and ease of mobility and access.

About You

- Be able to work a mix of early shifts, late shifts, and alternate weekends

- Be willing to take part in a on call rota

- Worked in the Health & Social Care sector for a minimum of 2 years

- Be a caring individual who is passionate about putting the client first and ensuring we provide an ‘Outstanding’ service we would want our own families to receive.
