Job Role: Care Supervisor

  • Provide line management to a designated team within a specified location or group of locations within the division.
  • Undertake reasonable travel to fulfill role responsibilities, including supporting other locations within the division.
  • Set and communicate high standards of care and professional conduct within your team.
  • Lead and support compliance with Brainkind quality audits.
  • Support health and safety duties as appropriate.
  • Contribute information for incident, accident, and safeguarding notifications as needed.
  • Represent Brainkind at meetings, seminars, and external events where appropriate.
Main Duties:
  1. Establish and maintain professional relationships to enhance the company's reputation.

  3. Travel as required to support various locations.
  4. Maintain high standards of care and professional conduct.
  5. Ensure compliance with quality standards through audits.
  6. Participate in health and safety responsibilities.
  7. Report incidents, accidents, and safeguarding issues accurately.
  8. Represent Brainkind externally at relevant events.
Requirements:
  • NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards within 12 months.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a care/support environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation regarding care standards, health and safety, and food hygiene.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and organized.
