Location: Belfast, Lisburn, Holywood
Salary: £33,000-£37,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 per week (3 x 12.5-hour shifts, including weekends)
Contract: Permanent - Daytime or Waking Nights

About the Team Leader role

As a Team Leader, you\'ll guide and supervise Support Workers to deliver outstanding person-centred care. You\'ll ensure care plans are followed, promote best practice, and support your team\'s development.
