Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Alderley Edge and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

Requirements

You must have:

1. Experience of managing a small team
2. Ability to work independently or within a small team
3. Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
4. Experience of using handheld power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
5. A valid driver's license is essential

Job Responsibilities

The job involves:

1. Mobile work on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces
2. Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
3. Working within a small team
4. Customer service interaction to ensure client satisfaction
5. Vehicle checks

£30k-£40k based on a 48-hour workweek, pay through an annualized hours program. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
