Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Edinburgh and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

Minimum Requirements

1. Experience of managing a small team
2. Working independently or within a small team
3. Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
4. Experience of using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
5. A valid driver's license is essential

The Job

Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces. Responsibilities include:

1. Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
2. Working within a small team
3. Customer service interaction to ensure client satisfaction

Company van and mobile iPad are provided. Vehicle checks are required.

The Company

A well-established grounds maintenance organization with a strong nationwide presence in the UK, offering training and development while rewarding hard work. Full PPE, tools, and equipment are all supplied.

Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates.

£30k-£40k based on a 48-hour workweek through an annualized hours program. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
