Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Essex and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

You must have:

1. Experience of managing a small team
2. Ability to work independently or within a small team
3. Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
4. Experience using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
5. A valid driver's license is essential

The job:

1. Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces
2. Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
3. Working within a small team
4. Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out
5. Company van and mobile iPad are provided
6. Vehicle checks

£30k-£40k based on a 48hr per week pay through an annualized hours program. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed)
