Job description

Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)

Are you looking for a new challenge, new year new start? Have you been overlooked for a promotion? Have you had broken promises by your employer or previous employers? Then read on!

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within the Basingstoke and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

You must have:

1. Experience of managing a small team
2. Working independently or within a small team
3. Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
4. Experience of using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
5. A valid driver's license is essential

The job:

1. Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces
2. Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
3. Working within a small team
4. Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out
5. Company van, mobile iPad are all provided
6. Vehicle checks

Salary: £30k-£40k based on a 48-hour per week pay through an annualized hours program. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed)
