Job summary

Glendale in Stirling is looking for a Team Leader to support the Scotland team with effective on-site delivery of programmed maintenance. You will lead by example, manage on-site teams, and ensure productive timekeeping and safety compliant operations.

The role requires horticultural qualification with relevant experience, a full driving licence, and the ability to work independently. Glendale offers career progression, training, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally qualified in horticulture with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Confident with people management and a strong work ethic.
• Good IT knowledge and a clean driving licence.
• PA1/PA6 desirable and aware of Health & Safety legislation.
• Reliable, conscientious and able to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivery of programmed maintenance.
• Take responsibility for on-site works, timekeeping and productivity.
• Lead by example, motivate the team and maintain discipline.
• Operate and monitor company vehicles and equipment with daily checks.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
