About the role

Our Supervisors are vital members of our store management teams. You’ll actively lead and motivate the team to maximize sales potential while delivering outstanding customer service.

You are a hands-on, enthusiastic, and passionate individual with some experience in engaging and developing team members. You understand KPIs, targets, and the significance of each sale to your store’s success.

We are looking for candidates eager to progress in retail management. The ideal candidate will have some retail management experience, or be a senior Sales Assistant who has led a team and is ready for the next step in their career.
