We are a leading outdoor retailer with stores globally and a growing team. Animal was acquired by Mountain Warehouse and re-launched; we are excited to open new stores.

About the role

Our Supervisors are an important part of our store management teams. You’ll take an active part in leading and motivating the team to maximise sales potential whilst delivering outstanding customer service. You are hands-on, enthusiastic and passionate, with some experience in engaging and developing team members. You understand KPIs, targets and the importance of what each sale can contribute to your store’s success. We would like to hear from people who are looking to progress their career in retail management. The ideal candidate will have some retail management experience, or you may be a senior Sales Assistant who has led a team, wishing to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the store team to maximise sales potential and deliver outstanding customer service.
