Job description

Are you looking for your next adventure? Could you be the passionate, motivated, and bubbly team leader Betty is seeking? Betty has a zest for life and is looking for someone who also seeks fulfillment and joy in their day.

Essential for this job:

This position has a 'genuine occupational requirement' under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975; therefore, only applications from females are requested.

Contract Hours:

20 hours per week

Betty lives in her own home with her partner and enjoys spending time with family, shopping, cinema visits, crafts, volunteering, and holidays abroad. She is bubbly, outgoing, and active.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Support Betty's emotional health and well-being, helping her build on her skills as she can have difficulties regulating emotions.
  • Encourage Betty's hopes and dreams, supporting her to achieve them.
  • As team leader, facilitate team activities such as 1-1s, meetings, appraisals, and development sessions to ensure Betty's support is centered around her needs.
