Asda is seeking a Team Leader for its Food Services operation at the Bicester Burger King outlet. This full-time permanent role places you at the heart of fast‑paced service, guiding a team to deliver quick, friendly, high‑quality meals and uphold brand standards.

You’ll help manage daily routines, support new starters, and ensure food safety across the team. You’ll lead by example, staying organised during busy periods and maintaining exceptional customer service, with shifts that include
