Job Responsibility:
We are looking for a Team Leader to lead our team of Support Workers in Brecon. You will motivate the team by setting the highest standards, support team members with their development, manage the needs of the people we support in their home, and establish strategies to improve their lives.

Mirus is a not-for-profit charitable organisation, working in partnership with the people we support, their families, and other partners, to deliver high-quality, person-centred support services for people with a disability.

What will you be doing:

  • Provide leadership and direction to our teams within the Brecon region.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance systems are implemented to continually develop and review the quality of support provided.
  • Work in partnership with others, supporting the development of positive networks of people, and encouraging input from families, advocates, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ensure the service we provide complies with CIW regulation and Local Authority Service specifications.
  • Report to the locality manager to ensure all needs of the service are being met.
