Our dynamic and friendly team in North Lanarkshire is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience in care to join as a Team Leader covering predominantly North Lanarkshire.

The role:
Due to the nature of the role, we are only accepting applications from females who have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle. This role is for 37.5 hours per week.
As a Team Leader, you will coach and mentor your team, providing support including supervision and training needs assessment. You will manage monthly rotas, considering budget requirements and ensuring staff meet contracted hours. On-call duties will be on a rotational basis.
You will liaise with external health professionals and facilitate meetings to create person-centred support plans, matching supported individuals with suitable staff based on individual outcomes.
