As we continue to deliver excellent services to our children, we are looking to appoint an additional Team leader to grow our Stability provision as part of our Children in Care Services. This is a pivotal role, created to provide team leadership and ensure children in care quality time with family and those who are important to them in a safe environment. As one of five Team leaders within our Stability provision, you will report directly to the Service Manager and take the lead in shaping and overseeing:

  • One of the Family Time teams within the service.
  • Lead and develop operational practice to ensure children experience family time positively.
  • Work in partnership across the provision and with partners to ensure children's needs are met and their potential reached.
