Job Description:

NonStop Care is currently working with a Family Assessment Centre seeking a Team Leader to join their team in Hertfordshire.

The Team Leader will work closely with the Deputy Manager to develop and grow the service, enhancing job satisfaction.

This role offers home working flexibility and the freedom to manage your workload, promoting a healthy work/life balance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work with management to improve the team and implement strategies for service development to meet short and long-term goals.
  2. Lead and support staff in a semi-independent service setting, ensuring compliance with regulations.
