Team Leader (Education Recruitment)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader from an education recruitment background to join our successful team based in Oxford Circus. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of dedicated Education Consultants, driving the team towards reaching targets and delivering outstanding service. This is a billing position, so the successful applicant will also run a small desk themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Education Consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
3. Provide regular training, coaching, and mentoring to team members to assist in their professional development.
4. Monitor team performance and conduct performance reviews, setting goals and benchmarks for improvement.
5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
6. Analyse market trends and keep abreast of changes within the education sector to assist in strategic decision-making.
7. Collaborate with senior management to align team objectives with overall company goals and growth plans.
8. Manage and resolve issues that arise within the team, acting as a point of escalation when necessary.

About You:

1. Proven experience as a senior/executive consultant or in a team leader/managerial role within education recruitment.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with team members and clients/candidates.
4. A strong understanding of the education sector and the challenges and opportunities within it.
5. Proficient in recruitment processes and practices.
6. Ability to analyse data, monitor performance metrics, and develop strategies for improvement.
7. Highly organized, with effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
8. A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
