The home provides high standards of safety, comfort, and care for residents with various needs, offering residential, nursing, and dementia care. All team members are carefully selected for their warmth and passion, with comprehensive induction and ongoing training from our in-house trainers and the New Care Academy. We pride ourselves on our permanent staff team, with no agency staff for over four years, ensuring continuity of care and trusted relationships with residents. All staff are paid at least the national living wage.
We are seeking a kind, caring, and motivated Team Leader to join our team. You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager in leading the care team and managing the home effectively 24/7 within available resources. Training will be provided for therapy services, and this will be an enhanced role within the home. The role is full-time, with an excellent hourly rate of £14.00. The position covers both days and nights at Guiseley Manor Care Centre, with shift times of 07:45-20:00 or 19:45-08:00, respectively, with alternate weekends. To apply, candidates must have a care certificate or NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care, with medication management and administration experience.
The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work both days and nights as part of their contract to support the home's operations.
