Job summary

The Perfume Shop in Greater London is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach staff, drive customer service excellence and help run day-to-day store operations.

This permanent role offers 20 contracted hours, a £15.78 pay rate, a supportive team, regular rosters, annual leave, and discounts on products. You will participate in training and staff development while enabling store targets to be met.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching and mentoring staff to achieve targets.
• Ability to motivate a team to meet store objectives and incentives.
• Experience with rosters, payroll budgeting and stock loss prevention.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership in daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor staff to ensure success.
• Motivate the team to hit store and team targets with incentives.
• Support the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets and stock loss prevention.
• Step in as needed to keep store operations running smoothly in the Store Manager's absence.
• Act as key holder to open and close the store on time.
• Lead by example and ensure exceptional customer service.
